Welcome to Lebanon

Mayor Harold "Huck" Lewis

Lebanon, "The Friendly City" is more than just a slogan. It is a reflection of our commitment to quality of life, along with pride of community.

The city of Lebanon has much to offer. We have a solid education system which excels in both academics and sports. Beautifully manicured parks offer a wide array of community activities. Lebanon has state of the art medical facilities and plenty of social and civic organizations to meet any need.

Lebanon is a city experiencing many new growth opportunities. Local government works closely with the private sector to assure new industrial and economic growth and to provide the best for its citizens.

Whether you are a new resident or visitor of "The Friendly City," I welcome and invite you to experience true Lebanon hospitality. We look forward to serving you.

Sincerely,

Harold "Huck" Lewis, Mayor

"Good for Business, Good for Family."

Promoting the community, economic development, planning for the future and providing Fiscal responsibility is utmost importance as we improve the quality of life of our Citizens. As Mayor, I will work with State and local officials as well as local business Owners to attract high paying jobs to Lebanon. By partnering with the Chamber of Commerce, Boone County Economic Development Corporation, Convention and Visitors Bureau, Boone County Commissioners, Superintendent of Schools and the Community Vision Committee, I will strive to make Lebanon a destination community.
