Mayor Harold "Huck" Lewis was appointed Mayor of Lebanon on May 23, 2009 and was sworn into office on May 26, 2009.
Pledge to the Citizens of Lebanon
- Listen to the view of all citizens in Lebanon
- Be fiscally responsible with taxpayers dollars
- Bring common sense leadership to the office
- Promote Economic Development and new opportunities for employment
- Work to manage growth, but not to stop positive development
- Be assessable to all residents and encourage participation in City government
- Treat people with dignity and respect
- Bring a higher level of professionalism to the office of Mayor
- Expand the diversity of residential and commercial tax base to help relieve the burden of rising property taxes
- Work to bring the Community together by building public and private partnerships
